Some of you who are into triathlon and cycling and really get into the training part of it will most likely have heard of Joe Friel. Mr. Friel is the author of many books related to training for these sports and is a long time coach of all levels of athletes. Most people will recognize two of his books The Cyclist’s Training Bible and The Triathlete’s Training Bible both excellent resources for folks looking to improve at these disciplines competitively.
Mr. Friel also runs a pretty cool blog that is also focused on training for these sports however recently had a really good post on compression clothing. I’ve been skeptical for a while and used compression tights and calf sleeves for running to come to my own conclusions and am still unsure of the verdict.
